South Africa House appoints new Chairman |
Dubai, Sunday November 13 His Highness Sheikh Juma Al Maktoum has
graciously accepted the position as Chairman of South Africa House on
November 7, 2005.
A special commemorative ceremony was held at Mina A’Salam, where the
Ambassador of the Embassy of South Africa in the UAE, His Excellency Mr.
Dikgang Moopeloa presented His Highness Sheikh Juma Al Maktoum with an
official document confirming the full support of the Government of South
Africa for the South Africa House project and his appointment as the new
Chairman. |

“I am extremely excited on the appointment of HH Sheikh Juma Al
Makhtoum as the Chairman, I am sure under his patronage and leadership
South Africa House will be a very strong base for developing bilateral
trade and investment between the two regions,” The Ambassador said.
South Africa House adds new impetus to our combined efforts to market
South Africa and facilitate trade and investment between the two regions
South Africa House is a joint partnership with the South African
Missions in the GCC. South Africa House’s mission is to ensure long-term
sustainable trade between South Africa and the GCC. |
